Maturity Aha: The opportunity to come through a time or experience of disappointment or disillusionment without becoming wounded, bitter, or cynical. Toxicity is like having an emotional vampire sucking the life out of you. When the vampire is done with you, it takes your issues and spreads those issues to others, sucking the life out of them.
