Ed Delph
President of Nationstrategy
Ed’s passion is serving both church and community leaders as a ‘Guide by their Side’ in uplifting underachieving communities, churches and businesses. As a both a businessman and a pastor, Ed is able to relate to both marketplace and church issues. Ed is a source as well as a resource in community transformation.
Dr. Ed Delph has been a pastor at three different churches since 1980 in the Phoenix, Arizona area. He is a noted author of nine books, weekly columnist in several newspapers worldwide, teacher, business owner and speaker having presented or been in more than one hundred countries. He is currently president of a worldwide ministry, NATIONStrategy.
Ed earned his business degree from Arizona State University. He started a business, Central Bindery in 1974, which was the largest book bindery in Arizona until Ed sold Central Bindery in 1980. Ed sold the bindery because God called him into full-time ministry in the church. He earned his Doctor of Ministry in Faith in Culture from Primus University (formerly Phoenix University of Theology) in 2004.

David Lake
Vice-President and a Board Member of Nationstrategy
David Lake is an ordained pastor and business owner as well as Market Place Minister. God has placed a burden his heart to equip other business owners, pastors, churches, and Christians about seeking first the Kingdom of God.
David has been in ministry since the early 1990’s working with youth and adults. He served as a youth pastor at Hosanna Christian Fellowship, led home fellowship groups, and has ministered as a short-term pastor and speaker in several countries. He has traveled abroad with Men and Women of Action working on building projects.
David was a pastor at Hosanna Christian Fellowship with Ed Delph and continues traveling abroad with Ed Delph as a presenter for Nationstrategy. David and Ed Delph have co-authored a book in 2017 entitled Redefining Rhema, published by Destiny Image Publishers.
David has been married to his wife, Rhonda, since 1984. They have four grown children and six grandchildren.
Mark Miller
Board Member of Nationstrategy and Kingdom Business Coach
Mark is a kingdom business coach. He works with business leaders to expand God’s Kingdom through their businesses. He does this through a ministry called Truth at Work and executive coaching/mentoring.
Mark’s coaching and mentoring creates environments where the Spirit of God and the Word of God are engaged to expand our view of who God is in our lives. We then apply this growing identity to our business’ for God’s purposes. These environments are based on the concept of Listening to God with Friends.
The marketplace creates influence through the exchange of money. That influence can be used for God’s purposes or man’s purposes. As our identity in Him grows we are better able to use that influence to love radically in the many difficult situations business uniquely presents. As we love radically God’s Kingdom expands and people are attracted to what they experience.

Bill Runyan
Secretary and Board Member of NationStrategy
Mr. Runyan is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Arizona with Realty One Group and also a licensed Insurance Agent in the State. Bill graduated from Arizona State University with a Degree in Accounting and Business. He is married to Eva and they have 4 Adult Children and 9 Grandchildren. There are 3 words that Bill uses to describe his life *GOD IS GOOD*. Bill has served on the Nationstrategy Board since August 2007.
