Someone is going to lead and it might as well be you!
Rick Joiner once said that you can either use leadership or be used by leadership. That is a great statement. You use it or you lose it.
Everyone who is a Christian has ‘The Leader of leaders’ inside of them. That Leader is waiting, wanting and willing to lead others through you. You have leadership and wisdom in you. Learn to let that leadership and wisdom out of you. That is what being salt and light is all about.
This book will inspire you, equip you, and reveal to you real and tangible leadership in action. It helps you catch the ‘vibe’ of leadership. Blessed to Bless, Loved to Love and Led to Lead engages the Leader and leadership in you for the benefit of others wherever you are. Be the change!

“I don’t know what leadership is. You can’t touch it. You can’t feel it. It’s not tangible. But I do know this: You recognize it when you see it.”
I have never written a book on the subject of leadership. For years, I have admired the authors who have like John Maxwell, Ken Blanchard, Larry Kreider, Alan Platt and a host of others. I think Bob Ehrlich captured the essence of leadership perfectly in the opening quote of my introduction. “You can’t touch it. You can’t feel it. It’s not tangible. You recognize it when you see it.”
This book is a series of verbal snapshots on leadership. The thoughts come from newspaper articles that I have written in my weekly newspaper column called The Church-Community Connection. These articles reach thousands of people each week. You can’t write about God without writing about leadership. God is the ultimate Leader. He created leadership and He creates leaders.
Everyone who is a Christian has ‘The Leader of leaders’ inside of them. That Leader is wanting, willing and waiting to come to lead others through you. You have it in you. Let it out of you. That is what being salt and light is all about.
Rick Joiner once said that you can either use leadership or be used by leadership. That is a great statement. You use it or you lose it. Someone is going to lead and it might as well be you. Each one of us has a sphere of influence that needs the Leader inside of us. Be the change!
In this book, I have tried to avoid the ‘seven steps to leadership’ type of approach. This is not that type of book. What I have done is try to introduce you to what leadership looks like, feels like to you and others, and show you leadership in action. The book inspires, equips, and shows leadership in action. It’s about catching the ‘vibe’ of leadership. It’s about getting a leadership reference and engaging the Leader in you for the benefit of others.
So, onward, upward and outward!
Endorsements for Blessed to Bless, Loved to Love, Led to Lead:
“One of the blessings of my 64 years in ministry is meeting Ed Delph. I’ve known him as a pastor, teacher, conference speaker, apostolic minister, and most of all, a real comrade and partner in ministry with me. His passion is to see God’s order in the church to fulfill God’s ultimate intension. You will love his style of writing and speaking. It is anointed, clear and simple, yet life changing. He has traveled in 80 plus countries, leading leaders in learning what he is learning about the new leadership norm for the churches of the 21st century. Read it, practice it and watch God expand the harvest.
